What You Will Do:
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and prepare outgoing packages for delivery.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and verify product information against packing slips.
- Stack, pack, and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Report damaged or defective products to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
