Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure operational efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
