Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Use warehouse management software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/stooping
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Avenue facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
