Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper documentation.
- Organize and stock merchandise on warehouse shelves to maintain optimal workflow.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
