Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and warehouse shelves safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using scanning equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks.
- Package and label goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting incoming goods for damage.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills required for counting inventory and scanning labels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is valued over education.
