Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
