Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Accuracy: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Stock Management: Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and order picking.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and reading labels.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the workplace is required.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
