Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S protocols.
- Document all inventory movements and handling activities using digital tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID for onboarding.
