Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using barcode scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Valid government-issued ID required
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
