Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Package and label products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
