Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for timely shipment to customers
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to the South Bay facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for shift-based work
- Willingness to work nights/weekends (flexible schedules available)
