Key Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a warehouse floor.
