Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new operational systems.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
