Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
