Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming merchandise
- Document all activities in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior experience required – training provided
