- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience a plus
