Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift operation)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
