Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Uphold strict safety standards and 5S organization protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
