Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
