Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Meet daily productivity KPIs in a time-sensitive environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pre-employment background check required
