Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against invoices and packing lists.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Handle packaging materials and perform basic maintenance on packing equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
