Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Sort, organize, and inventory materials using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
