Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
