Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock rotation effectively.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical bottlenecks during shifts.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
