Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
