Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to maintain workflow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for accuracy and quality control.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packing materials and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and inventory targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
