Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship products with precision and speed
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all tasks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor belts and shrink wrappers
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Ave location
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
