Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo: Safely handle packages and pallets using industrial equipment (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on pallet jacks and shelving units.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts (including weekends and holidays if required).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
