Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock areasOperate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
