Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor View Drive location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for weekday/evening shifts (25-35 hrs/week)
