Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Prepare and pack orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for shift work (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
