- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and staging areas
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in receiving and processing inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
