Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory records and storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support facility cleanliness and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
