Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to our North Philly facility
- Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
