Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Complete digital paperwork for inventory tracking and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
