Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Package and label items for shipment according to safety standards and customer requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery (certification provided if necessary).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
