Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process incoming shipments within 24-hour turnaround
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety compliance
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspace organization and safety protocols
- Train new associates on warehouse management system (WMS) procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Proficient with RF scanning technology or basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for inventory discrepancies
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
