Responsibilities
- Pack and Label: Properly pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery to ensure they arrive safely and on time.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring) to move stock within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and SOPs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
