Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
