Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to maintain 99.8% fulfillment accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in quarterly physical inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory management software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
