Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure clean and organized storage areas at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks in all weather conditions
- Participate in weekly safety compliance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
