Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Maintain clean and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation preferred)
