Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments with barcode scanning technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and update warehouse management systems
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements during high-volume shipping periods
- Maintain organized storage zones and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Complete daily shift reports using our mobile workforce app
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and basic inventory software
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday peaks
- Background check and drug screen clearance mandatory
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
