Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records through WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
