Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation and cleanliness
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain hazard-free workspaces
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Valid Washington state ID and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
