Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated zones per company standards
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment processing
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
