Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our 50,000 sq ft facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely
- Pick, pack, and label orders for same-day shipment to regional retailers
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency for WMS navigation
- Reliable transportation to our East Cleveland facility
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
