Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a history of consistent work performance.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks and billing.
