Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Verify product quality and package items securely for transit.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all stock movements and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.
