Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding quality control and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
